L.C. Smith, Inc., a Virginia corporation (the "Corporation"), will be dissolving in accordance with Va. Code Ann. § 13.1-743. In accordance with Va. Code Ann. § 13.1-746.1, the Corporation is hereby delivering notice to any known claimant with a liability or claim against the Corporation.
If you have an unresolved claim against the Corporation, please contact Ken Lane at 1016 So. Wayne ST. Apt 610, Arlington, VA 22204 in writing, with a copy send electronically to KenLane4@gmail.com. Please include all pertinent information about the claim including dates, dollar amounts and subject matter. Please include contact information at which the Corporation can respond to the claim.
Any claim against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced prior to the earlier of the expiration of any applicable statute of limitations or three years after the date of delivery of notice to the claimant, or the date of publication of the notice, as appropriate.
This notice will be published to the public starting on Sept 2, 2026 for a minimum of 30 consecutive days in accordance with the law.
